That’s right! Bubbles or sparkling wine as the category is called are not necessarily for a special occasion but in my humblest of opinion… anytime! 

Far too often has tradition led us to ‘pop a bottle’ when exactly there is a said predetermined occasion… Well how about the present!?

In this Seminar we will explore the different viticultural areas for 4 delicious selections and what makes each one unique to the town, area and wine making style that they are from. In addition to, we will break down each style for its content and decide which is best to our palate and or occasion!

Cost is $25 per person ($21 per Wine Club Members) which includes:

• 4 wines,  3 ouce pours each...!
